Affiliates earn a flat $20.00 USD commission for each qualifying sale. This is not a percentage — it is a fixed dollar amount regardless of the product purchased or its price.
Each unique order ID generates at most one commission. Duplicate commissions for the same order are not possible by system design.
Each referred customer can only be attributed to one affiliate. If a customer has an existing attribution cookie, a new referral link will not override it.
Or at any point before Paid status:
A commission enters Pending status immediately when the customer's payment is confirmed by our payment processor. At this stage the commission is not yet withdrawable.
A commission moves to Approved status when:
Only Approved commissions count toward your withdrawable balance.
A commission is marked Paid when it has been included in a processed withdrawal payout.
SecureVolumeFlow offers customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. During this window, a sale remains reversible.
When a refund is processed:

If a commission was already paid out and the underlying order is subsequently refunded:
Accounts with 3 or more cancelled/chargeback commissions in any rolling 90-day period will be automatically flagged for review. While under review:
If we determine that refunds were initiated fraudulently to extract commission payments (e.g., coordinating with buyers to refund after your withdrawal), all commissions associated with those orders will be forfeited and your account will be permanently terminated.
The minimum withdrawal is $20.00 USD. Withdrawals below this threshold are not permitted.
One (1) withdrawal request per calendar month. The month resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC.
When you submit a withdrawal request, the selected commissions are immediately locked and marked as Paid to prevent duplicate withdrawals. If the payout fails on our end, the commissions are restored to Approved status.
Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During this period you may see the funds as "pending" in your payout account.
SecureVolumeFlow is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect PayPal, Skrill, or Neteller account. Always verify your payout method details in the dashboard before requesting a withdrawal.
If you believe a commission was incorrectly cancelled or not credited:
Disputes must be raised within 60 days of the original commission event.
SecureVolumeFlow reserves the right to modify the commission amount, refund policy, minimum withdrawal, or any other program parameter at any time with 30 days' written notice for material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
