Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The SecureVolumeFlow Affiliate Program ("Program") allows registered participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to securevolumeflow.com ("Site"). This document governs your participation in the Program.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have a valid email address and payout account (PayPal, Skrill, or Neteller)
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of SecureVolumeFlow
• One account per person — duplicate accounts are grounds for immediate termination

2.2 Prohibited Affiliates

The following are not eligible to participate:

• Persons engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing
• Persons who have previously been banned or terminated from the Program
• Persons in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited by local law

3. Referral Links & Tracking

3.1 Unique Referral Code

Upon registration you receive a unique referral code (e.g., ?ref=ABC123). You are responsible for using this code correctly in all promotional activities.

3.2 Cookie & Attribution Window

Referrals are tracked via a first-party browser cookie and localStorage with a 30-day attribution window. A referred visitor must complete a purchase within 30 days of clicking your referral link for you to receive credit.

3.3 First-Click Attribution

If a visitor has already been attributed to another Affiliate, a subsequent referral link click from you will not override the existing attribution. First valid referral wins.

3.4 Self-Referral Prohibited

Referring yourself or purchasing through your own referral link is strictly prohibited and will result in commission cancellation and potential account termination.

4. Commissions

4.1 Fixed Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a fixed $20.00 USD commission per confirmed, non-refunded sale. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Qualifying Sales

A sale qualifies for commission when:

• The customer was referred by your unique referral link
• Payment is fully confirmed by our payment processor
• The 30-day refund window has elapsed without a refund request — OR the commission has been manually approved by an administrator
• The order is not flagged for fraud

4.3 Non-Qualifying Events

Commissions will be cancelled or reversed for:

• Refunded or charged-back orders
• Self-referrals
• Orders flagged as fraudulent
• Duplicate orders from the same customer within the same billing cycle

4.4 Commission Status Lifecycle

• Pending — Sale confirmed, awaiting review / refund window
• Approved — Commission cleared, available for withdrawal
• Paid — Included in a completed withdrawal payout
• Cancelled — Sale refunded or voided
• Chargeback — Payment disputed by the customer's bank

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.00 USD.

5.2 Withdrawal Frequency

Affiliates may submit one (1) withdrawal request per calendar month. Only approved commissions are withdrawable.

5.3 Payout Methods

We support the following payout methods:

• PayPal — Funds sent to your registered PayPal email
• Skrill — Funds sent to your registered Skrill email
• Neteller — Funds sent to your Neteller account ID

You are responsible for ensuring your payout account details are accurate. SecureVolumeFlow is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts.

5.4 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days of approval by our team. Processing times may vary depending on the payout provider.

5.5 Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to commissions earned. SecureVolumeFlow does not withhold taxes and will not provide tax advice.

6. Promotional Guidelines

6.1 Permitted Promotion

• Personal websites, blogs, and social media channels you own
• YouTube videos and educational content
• Email newsletters to opt-in subscribers
• Paid advertising (with prior written approval)

6.2 Prohibited Promotion

• Spam emails or unsolicited bulk messages
• Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about product performance
• Guaranteeing trading profits or specific financial returns
• Impersonating SecureVolumeFlow or creating look-alike pages
• Incentivized clicking (e.g., "click my link and I'll give you X")
• Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking manipulation
• Bidding on SecureVolumeFlow brand keywords in paid search without approval

6.3 Disclosures

You must clearly disclose to your audience that you earn a commission if they purchase through your referral link, in compliance with applicable advertising standards (e.g., FTC guidelines in the United States).

7. Fraud Prevention

SecureVolumeFlow employs automated and manual fraud detection. The following may result in account suspension and commission forfeiture:

• Generating fake orders or using test cards
• Coordinating with third parties to place and refund orders repeatedly
• Three (3) or more refunds attributed to your referrals within any rolling 90-day period
• Unusual click-to-conversion ratios or abnormal traffic patterns
• Any attempt to manipulate referral tracking

We reserve the right to withhold commissions pending fraud investigation. If fraud is confirmed, all commissions earned through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

8. Account Management

8.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at support@securevolumeflow.com.

8.2 Account Termination by You

You may close your affiliate account at any time. Any approved commissions meeting the minimum threshold will be paid out in the next payout cycle.

8.3 Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Cause reputational harm to SecureVolumeFlow
• Have a high chargeback or refund rate

Upon termination for cause, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

9. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and SecureVolumeFlow. You have no authority to bind SecureVolumeFlow to any obligation.

10. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SecureVolumeFlow's name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not alter these materials or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SecureVolumeFlow's total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout methods, eligibility requirements, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial laws. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
