1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SecureVolumeFlow products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use our products.

2. License Grant

2.1 License Type

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SecureVolumeFlow Expert Advisors and Indicators for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2.2 Permitted Use

• The license is valid for one device only (identified by unique hardware ID)
• You may use the software for personal trading purposes
• You may use the software on live and demo trading accounts
• You will receive updates and bug fixes during the license period

2.3 Prohibited Use

• Sharing your license key with others
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software
• Removing or modifying any copyright notices
• Using the software for illegal purposes

3. License Activation and Device Binding

3.1 Hardware Binding

Each license is bound to a unique hardware ID (HWID) upon first activation. This ensures the license is used on one device only.

3.2 Device Changes

If you need to change your device (e.g., new computer), contact support@securevolumeflow.com. Device changes are allowed:

• Once per license period for free
• Additional changes may require verification or a small fee

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

• MT4 Expert Advisor: $149/year
• MT5 Expert Advisor: $149/year
• TradingView Indicator: $97/year

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Paddle (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. All prices are in USD.

4.3 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Additional taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

5. Delivery

5.1 Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• License key will be sent to your email within 5 minutes
• Download links will be provided immediately
• Setup instructions will be included

5.2 Support

Installation support and technical assistance are provided via email at support@securevolumeflow.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 Software Warranty

SecureVolumeFlow products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Profitability or specific trading results
• Compatibility with all brokers or platforms
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the software will meet your requirements

7.2 No Trading Advice

Our products are tools for automated trading. They do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any trading losses incurred while using our products
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license
• We are not responsible for broker failures, platform issues, or internet connectivity problems
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. License Renewal

9.1 Annual Renewal

Licenses are valid for one (1) year from purchase date. After expiration:

• The software will stop functioning
• You may renew at the current renewal price
• Your license key and settings will be preserved

9.2 No Auto-Renewal

We do NOT automatically charge you for renewal. You must manually renew your license.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using the software at any time. Refunds are only available within the 30-day guarantee period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your license if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You share your license with others
• You perform a chargeback without contacting us first

11. Updates and Modifications

11.1 Software Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, and improvements. Active license holders receive all updates for free.

11.2 Terms Updates

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Intellectual Property

SecureVolumeFlow products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with SecureVolumeFlow.

13. Privacy
